Each of these colour categories has unique traits that will help you better understand yourself, as well as others. People who prefer red tend to be more assertive and direct; blue is associated with calmness and logic; yellow is associated with creativity; while green is linked to loyalty and Emotional Intelligence. By understanding your own personality type based on your preferred colour, you can begin to recognize the traits in both yourself and those around you.
In this way. you can adapt your communication style and learn to speak the ‘colour’ of another person. This will make you a better, more compelling and persuasive communicator.
